- So I went to otacon for a day. paid WAY too much just for a one day visit. but as consolation I got to play alot of Fighting games that i otherwise would have never gotten to play live with others
- and i hate to admit it but the melty blood matches were fun.
- im not too hot about otacon myself. i went to see an online artist acquaintance in the artist alley
- i was really pissed that they dont do day passes so i had to plunk down 75 bucks just for one day
- but the game room was INSANE, a huge arcade of damn near every noteworthy fighter u could think of.
- SF4, tekken, soulcal 4, halo, ddr and more all on 4, 40 inch plasmas.
- 2k2um, 3s, melty, arcana2, rumble fish2, mvc2, GGac, pocketfighter, lastblade2, mark of the wolves, pocketfighter VS game, naruto storm3, bleach/DBZ FGs, dbz-dragonball-onepiece xover game. all on SD screens.
- the big games came in fours, 2 on hori/TE sticks, 2 on 360/PSpad
- jesus. they even had real arcade units of other games. like ddr and beat-em ups
- they had a mock arcade unit of turtles in time, a DJ hero /RBand
setups too
- and the comp in the big 2 of SF4 and BB was actually pretty good
-LOTS of tagers and hakumens on the one station i was at
- i got blown out, cuz im a noob at BB:CS + i have never played it on
stick or regPS3 pad. so i was dropping combos like a paraplegic.
