A pic I did to the Art-theme "Heat.
Anyone who has ever seen my gallery knows I don't like to do cheesecake. I'm a much bigger fan of sensuality and/or "heated" situations; and with that, this came to life.
Quick side notes: The girls Scarface Lilly, and the guys Micah. I normally don't like to draw his neck so thick but I needed to man-meat him out to make the picture work. I also seem to be taking joy in the world of minimal line-work.

Don't quote me, but the comics almost done. (like you haven't heard that before). I'm looking at the pages, and I am really pleased with them. being its been almost 2 years since I put pencil to panel, I'm amazed it came out ok.
In the mean time stare at Skadi.

Surgical Strike Team: Cheschires Patch

Well I accidentally left all my work at home today so I figured I'd take the time to knock this picture off of my to-do list. It's a military patch for a squad I brainstormed a while ago and I'm trying to work them into an animation one of these days but it's not a real Special Ops squad without a good logo. I might have this made someday...

Been a heck of a week

Been burning both ends of the candle this week. this is a snippet page from a 16 page comic section I've been working on at night after the job. It's a "sequel" to the Nehalem submission I
did for a Centerstorm comic impro. So far I've got all but 2 double page spreads penciled, inked & cleaned up. the first 6 pages are lettered and ready to go. So hopefully by Monday, I'll have the spreads done and the whole segment lettered as well. We'll see...

I've never been keen on "Jungle-Girl" cheesecake, or the lone-Caucasian-rules-the-jungle theme (tho I am guilty of Tarzan-but he was the first-), So I figured y not make her of some colour. as for the outfit, I believe after a while (depending on said females cup size) she'd just go topless, but for the sake of argument, kids, and warmth, I felt un-ceremonial cloth wrappings was more appropriate and practical. As for the rest short hair is easier to keep clean; animal skin capes are cool; and tiger tooth jewelry cause--shes pretty much still a woman.
