New Trial format

Ok, so anyone who has ever seen this blog, has seen the drawing-on-a-diner reciept...
Well heres the deal:
I work nights at a popular-yet-crummy college bar, when im bored i draw, its a compulsive thing, a carryover from my class days. Anyhoo, I will draw on anything; paper towel, napkin, envelope damn near anything. so i draw on diner reciepts.
Q: "Hey! Why dont you get a sketch pad?"
A: Good Q, I have one, but where I'm at {in the kitchen}, its kinda of blatanty blase to be sitting in a window drawing, when im sure i could be cooking or prepping something, so to get my jonzin' off and not draw the attention of the Kitchen C.O. , I compromise.

But now I got a ton o loose doodles and i dont wanna toss em! SO: im gonna post them exclusively on my blog (along with other QUALITY stuff) generally 2-4 a post. Guess well see how both my readers take it.

Well drew this at the J-O-B cause it was slow...



Note: the guy on the right, is the toon version of GI-02 from my first district heights prelude. on the left is RCN with her mask fully open.
I'm actually not gonna show her face for most of the toons, just to keep the mystery going... only ppl who look hard enough will see her mug.

I've finally chosen a name for our cross dressing-robosuit-wearing-heroine: Apathy "Appy" Monroe.

Here's an initial colour test:

Just the clours I'm gonna go with initially. At first i was gonna go with a more eye catching colour but then I settled for a more practical scheme; plus it really lets the red cross stand out.

First Shot

Well the plot/script and diologue are done for the District/Heights: preview part2.

I've been hammering away at the feature charcter all weekend and here she/he is: the Red Cross Knight".

Site almost buildeded...

Just have a few more stuff to upload, doesnt look as though im gonna get the first epi of District/Heights out, in time for the supes movie but i can have the preludes out well before then, so I guess thatll be the game plan. The next 2 shorts will be: A D/H prequel: G.I.-02+AnnA & A D/H prequel: (untitled). Im revising the first one which is completed, and I'm plotting and scripting the second one.
