T.G.I.F

Well heres another friday...
The bulk of the animation could be done for part 1 by this weekend, if everything goes according to my plan. I had to take 2 whole days off due to an exam. that means I gotta make up the time. If i can I want to give it most of Friday and all of saturday evening.

we'll see.

Update...

Well things are relatively on track, going with the "Puppet" system has been good to me. once the charcter is built its plug and play, giving me more time to do BG's and FX.

Well that was faster than I thought...

The teaser is actually done, well the core animation is done...

I'm waiting for the CG to come back, but in the meantime Ill be plugging in the sound.
I'll won't be putting the teaser on newgrounds [they have issues with teasers] but I'll be putting it everywhere else.
I'll probably put it on NG a week before i drop the first episode.

Production begins... Again.

Well ive started back up again it was a decent week off but the bug has caught me again and ive dived back in again.hope fully I'll have the teaser portion ready by the end of the week.

been a minute...

well the first part of the animation is almost wrapped up.
its the portion ill probably release as a teaser just before i drop the animation.
been slowin down production a bit to take care of other graphic responsabilities,
so its gonna be a slow week.

PS: the other work has been me revising my grapic design work, so expect a major update in the section on the website.

Let the animation begin....

Well ive officially started animating as of 11:00 am this morning.

Ive stated building the "Micah Jumpsiut 'Puppet" and the backgrounds, I will start plugging the puppet into scenes tonight.
I've cancelled the animatics for the submarine portion of the skydrop scene. I'll just animatic it when I get to it.

I just really want to get animating.

Another labor day done.

I'd hoped to get more animation in on labor day, but I was too tired so most of the work was done late in the night into Tuesday morning.

anywho...

I made up for most of that, all day Tuesday. I finished the animatic for the first part of the intro [which coincidentally will be the teaser] now I'm gonna get back at the storyboards and plan out part 2 of the intro. Hopefully that will be done by Thursday morning.

If I can, I want to finish preproduction and start animating by the end of the week.

Day 4 Animation

I'm starting the intro for the cartoon, im probably not gonna stryboard, just jump strait into animatics. I hope to have it done by monday night for tuesday, if i can letter it by wed morning to present.

PS: Saw Transporter 2 friday, and it kicks rocks!

Day 3 of Animation project. Day 01 of the journal entry

Well this is mostly, for the sake of documenting the process of my latest animation for my class [+ my self].

Its a cartoon; episode 01, About a federal agent sent to investigate and stop a group of rogue vigilantes who is forced to go undercover himself.

OK I clocked approximatly 3-4 hours on tuesday and another on wednesday, sadly I started between the hours of 12:30/1:00am and ended about 4:00 am.
Thursday- ive already had the storyboards done, broken up and put in Flash as an animatic [of sorts], i just continued plugging in the actual scripted words. I finally finished up wed night. i have to admit the lettering took much longer than i anticipated [maybe 4-5 days in all]
